In 2017, Greg and I flew away to live in Italy for a couple of years.

We’d travelled a lot previously, including to Italy, but had never lived outside Australia for an extended period.

So rather than ease quietly into the next phase of our lives, we decided to challenge ourselves by moving to a new country.

And we did. Those two years became the adventure of a lifetime as we enjoyed fabulous experiences and made lovely friends.

Since then we’ve returned to Italy for extended periods, catching up with those dear friends as we go, sometimes forging new friendships along the way, and invariably enjoying whatever adventures find us in this sometimes crazy, always wonderful country.
